Are You Ready For Change?:

As part of any Innovation or Reinvention program you will need to change. This is a simple assessment of your ability to do so and is a basis for a guided conversation internally within your organisation or perhaps with myself. The assessment consists of 15 simple questions which require answers with a 0 – 5 scoring system. The way our company is organised makes it difficult to react to change quickly. (For example, our budgeting process is very bureaucratic, making it hard to introduce change in the middle of the year, our production and investment decisions "lock" us into a product for years with no easy way to change).
